Emergency Maintenance

We are currently troubleshooting an unexpected routing software failure at our NJ3 datacenter. After getting a large number of line card errors we have determined that it will be necessary to power down the equipment in order to resolve the issue. Service at our NJ3 data center is expected to be down briefly as we work to get this resolved. At this time there is no explanation for this issue, however we will send an update as more information becomes available.
