Full Description:
At approximately 4:30PM on October 30, 2009 an attack was initiated on our mail server specifically targeted towards all domains hosted by us. E-mails were sent out from thousands of sources with a virus attached of type Win32/TrojanDownloader.Bredolab.AA trojan. Our anti-virus protection on the mail server did effectively block 99% of these e-mails before they hit customer inboxes.
At approximately 8:00PM on November 1, 2009, we will be performing emergency service affecting maintenance at our LGA1 (325 Hudson St, New York, NY) location. This maintenance is to block an attack and improve security. During this period, customers will experience mail inaccessibility.
