Brief Description: Packet Loss/Unreachability and Subsequent Equipment Reload

Full Description: At approximately 9:20 PM, our device CR1.NJ3 at the NJ3 facility in North Bergen, NJ experienced packet loss and intermittent periods of unreachability. The device was found to be suffering from an extraordinary amount of memory usage, which was causing the noted issues at this site. The device was reloaded, in an attempt to abate this usage, and return the device to normal operating parameters. We are working to find a root cause of this event, and will have a formal RFO drafted to customers for it.
