The default setting notifies customers of additional loyalty rewards earned on a specific product/service. These notifications can be enabled or disabled directly from within the billing portal at https://payments.reliablesite.net.
To enable or disable the e-mail notifications:
- Login to the billing portal at https://payments.reliablesite.net.
- Click "Hello > Edit Account Details"
- Check or uncheck the "Disable loyalty rewards notifications" checkbox.
