Managing the E-Mail Subscription for Loyalty Rewards Notifications

The default setting notifies customers of additional loyalty rewards earned on a specific product/service. These notifications can be enabled or disabled directly from within the billing portal at
To enable or disable the e-mail notifications:
  1. Login to the billing portal at
  2. Click "Hello > Edit Account Details"
  3. Check or uncheck the "Disable loyalty rewards notifications" checkbox.
