Our standard non-reseller policy requires a 10 day notice for dedicated server cancellations. Any accounts with an approved dedicated server reseller status have an extended cancellation period. Resellers can cancel an unpaid dedicated server up to 5 days after the due date.

 

Note that any servers with an overdue invoice will be suspended until the invoice has been paid.
