The AMD opteron dedicated server uses a new instruction set that has several requirements:

From within BIOS the IOMMU option should be enabled, this option is disabled by default.
Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 is required to be installed.
SSE5 support must be installed using the Microsoft Hotfix at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2568088.
