Support response time on general support tickets?

I noticed my support tickets have been taking 30 minutes to an hour or more a lot in the past several months. The responses can be rushed or uninformed and kind of aloof at times. What is the average support response time on general support tickets? Has it been going up?

We average an under 15 minute initial reply time, a tech will typically be reviewing your ticket and will start taking action within 5 - 10 minutes. Reply times beyond that will depend on the scope of the issue.
