Since day 1 our goal has been to offer the most reliable web hosting for customers. We only choose to house our servers in premium datacenters that have a proven network and offer a 100% uptime guarantee. Each one of our hosting plans guarantees 100% network uptime, in addition to this our clustered hosting offers a 99.99% server uptime guarantee, and our shared/reseller hosting offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee.
The following is our uptime history for the past 2 years:
Network - 100% - Uptime
Clustered Hosting - 100% Uptime
Shared / Reseller Hosting - 99.994% Uptime
Most other hosting providers struggle to maintain a 99.5% uptime record. The difference is as follows:
99.99% Uptime - 4 Minutes of downtime per month
99.9% Uptime - 40 Minutes of downtime per month
99.5% Uptime - 216 Minutes of downtime per month
If we fail to offer the promised uptime a 10% discount is offered for every hour your site is down exceeding the guarantee.
