Dedicated IP

Dedicated IPs are available to purchase for any site using our Shared, Reseller, and packages at the cost of Clustered $2/mo. To purchase a dedicated IP please follow the following directions:

HELM3 Customers:
1. Open a ticket requesting a dedicated IP to be added to your account, please list the following information.
   -That you are aware of the $2/mo charge and approve.
   -Your billing account e-mail address and HELM3 account user name.
   -The domain you would like the dedicated IP to be applied to
2. Once the change to your account has been applied you will notice your site using the dedicated IP automatically.

DotNetPanel Customers:
1. Open a ticket requesting a dedicated IP to be added to your account, please list the following information.
   -That you are aware of the $2/mo charge and approve.
   -Your billing account e-mail address and DotNetPanel account user name.
2. Once the change has been made to your account you can apply the dedicated IP to any web site by adding a new Web Site from within DotNetPanel and selecting the IP Address from the drop down. If your web site has already been added you will need to delete and re-add it. Your files will not be deleted when you delete the web site.
