Account Cancellation

All account cancellation requests must be made through our billing portal at http://payments.reliablesite.net/ by logging in with your primary billing e-mail address, clicking "My Products and Services", selecting your hosting package, and then completing a proper cancellation request. Cancellation requests will be processed within 24 hours of the original request date and time. If our billing system continues to send out invoices please contact us immediately.

Please note that there will be no refunds issued unless your account is still within the 15 day money back policy.
