Creating a Support Account

A support account is not required to open new tickets or update existing tickets, account are also not automatically created for existing customers. You may register a new support account by following the instructions below, the main benefits of having a registered support account is to be able to review and update prior tickets along with solutions. 

To create a new support account visit the support portal at http://support.reliablesite.net and click "Register". Fill in all of the fields and click "Submit". You will immediately have access to the support portal.
