Automatic Account Suspension on Overdue Invoices
Automatic Account Suspension
All hosting accounts and dedicated servers will automatically be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue. To unsuspend an account simply clear the invoice by either clicking the link to the invoice sent to you by e-mail or by logging into our billing portal with your e-mail address and password and clearing your invoice with a credit card or PayPal account. Hosting accounts are automatically unsuspended as soon as payment is received, dedicated servers may take several hours to come back online.
