Reformat and Reload Operating System
To request a fresh install of an operating system on a dedicated server please open a ticket by e-mailing at support@reliablesite.net or at http://support.reliablesite.net. List the operating system to install and any specific options or settings. Each reload incurs a $30 charge, upon request please approve this charge. All reloads are completed within 24 hours of a confirmed request.
